The Dark Tower II: The Drawing of the Three
The impression I got after finishing The Gunslinger was to not continue with the series. I liked the writing, but not so much the journey or characters. Friends (who also happen to be huge King fans) have convinced me to reconsider. I'm still on the fence and could be persuaded to lean either way though.
